Tab Winborne has been building Homes & Commercial buildings in the Harsh Coastal environment since 1984.  Tab has worked beginning with the clean up crew for a local home builder to a Project Engineer for one of the largest Heavy Civil Projects in the World at that time.  He also has a diversified Back ground in Estimating, scheduling, Project management in some of the most publicized schools, jails, police stations, churches, libraries, assisted living facilities in the North Carolina Coast & surrounding Tidewater area. 

Attention to small details & a willingness to roll up you sleaves & get the job done is why our projects are above our competitors.  It is important to not just be on the job but to be in the trenches to ensure every detail is adhered to.  This hands on approach is the only way to guarantee a superior product.  Our owners are content, our employees are knowledgeable and our subcontractors are informed.

The majority of the custom homes ~ that we are building today ... prices start about $125 +  

Or your with upgrades and extras about $195 sf..
However this is an estimate and will vary with each customers choices of finishing products. 

The higher costs could include granite or a life time roof shingle or marble floors or a smart home wired for security functions.

We prefer to “cost analyze” each home and quote an exact price that we stand behind, no last minute surprises.
