Meet the Builder     Tab Winborne:  Family Man:    

Tab Winborne has been building Homes & Commercial buildings in the Harsh Coastal environment since 1984.  Tab has worked beginning with the clean up crew for a local home builder to a Project Engineer for one of the largest Heavy Civil Projects in the World at that time.  He also has a diversified Back ground in Estimating, scheduling, Project management in some of the most publicized schools, jails, police stations, churches, libraries, assisted living facilities in the North Carolina Coast & surrounding Tidewater area. 

Attention to small details & a willingness to roll up you sleeves & get the job done is why our projects are above our competitors.  It is important to not just be on the job but to be in the trenches to ensure every detail is adhered to.  This hands on approach is the only way to guarantee a superior product.  Our owners are content, our employees are knowledgeable and our subcontractors are informed. Sucessfully intruduced palm species to the four wheel drive area along with dune grass replenishment.   Protects your property from erosion.   

Tab holds two degrees: Civil plus Environmental Engineering Degrees.     Fun Fact: Tab is a Certified Scuba Diver
